When I joined Wren in 2011 I was managing a Customer Operations team of 10 advisors. 4 years later the department has rapidly expanded and we now have a team of over 100 staff. Although the department is continuously growing, the management team still focus on team building and maintaining a positive atmosphere to work in. I believe having a clear vision of leadership and motivation ensures the team are delivering first class customer service to all of our customers. My role as the Customer Operations Manager is very diverse and as well as supporting the team, my daily tasks vary from working closely with the Directors to designing new systems with the I.T department. Although challenging at times, it is very rewarding to contribute to the future of the team and the company.

The highlight of working within the Customer Operations team is interacting with a variety of customers, building up a good relationship with them and working together to reach resolution. I think the Customer Operations department is definitely one of the most exciting departments to work in as every day brings a new and different challenge. Wren is a fantastic place to work for those who want to be part of a growing company and can bring new and exciting ideas to the table to drive the company forward.
