I was very sceptical about leaving a 15
year career with B&Q to join Wren however in the 2 & a half
years I've worked within Wren I have never looked back. It's not until
you become part of the 'family' that you truly understand how close knit
the company really is. It’s because of this team ethos that I firmly
believe Wren will be number 1 in the UK market for Kitchens, Bedrooms
and Bathrooms. Within 3 months of joining as a Duty Manager I was
offered the Southampton Store Manager position, I personally didn't feel
ready at this point and declined. As is the way with Wren the Store
Manager was promoted and I was offered the position a second time, this
time I accepted. That's what is great about Wren, as they are a
relatively new company there are opportunities to grow and move up the
ladder if you have the passion and drive to.
I love managing my store as you are entrusted to run your ‘business’. This is coupled with an excellent salary package that directly rewards great customer service and store performance.
