Industry-leading pay
We pay hourly rates that are above the Minimum Living Wage for your age group. At Christmas, we reward our team with a £100 bonus after 12 months of service, which increases by £100 for each year of service (capped after five years).
We take on both skilled workers and those just starting out. What we’re looking for above all is the right attitude to fit right in with our hardworking team – we’ll help you learn everything else! If required, you’ll spend some time at our dedicated Training Academy working with qualified instructors and shadowing skilled workers on the job.

As Europe’s largest quartz worktop processing centre, our Scunthorpe North factory caters for the unprecedented demand for affordable quartz stone worktops and complements the Wren Quartz manufacturing facility at the Nest in Barton-upon-Humber.

This is one of the first Scunthorpe sites we’ve launched that specialises in the production of our frontals and worktops.

WORKING IN
I joined as a stock controller within the manufacturing team, then I moved into the health and safety team as an administrator and I’ve just continued to progress even further. I am really enjoying working with lots of different people from such diverse backgrounds, as well as the amazing facilities on offer.
I started my journey with Wren in 2009 in-stock accounts and then worked my way up thanks to the total encouragement and support from Wren every step of the way. I enjoy every day here working with amazing people across all departments.
