About the Role

Our Site Accountant will be based onsite at our Wilkes Barre, PA site and will work closely with our finance teams in both the UK and USA. They will be responsible for delivering timely and accurate financial data to the business, and be key in ensuring protection of business assets through financial integrity.

This role offers a salary of $40,000pa to $50,000pa dependant upon experience, as well as a first class benefits package.

Duties may include:

Review outstanding purchase invoice and support successful payment
Interrogate large amounts of data to gain insights into business process and performance
Work closely with UK SSC ensuring cost centre expenses are accurately recorded
Support management through financial analysis
Support showroom personal with queries in relation to customer payments
Prepare local fixed asset reporting
Support on Adhoc reporting
Sample stock take testing
Build relationship with the companies suppliers
Local statistical reporting

About you

Experience of recognised ERP system. Preferably IFS
Working towards professional qualification
Previous Experience gained in a manufacturing role
Excellent attention to detail, quality and accuracy
Ability to work as part of a team
Ability to clearly communicate in a professional manner
Excellent interpersonal skills and be able to deal effectively with both colleagues and suppliers
