About the role:

We are looking for a talented, detail orientated administrator to join our team. You will work a 40 hour week, with a flexible shift pattern, to be agreed locally.

This administrator position is working within our mobile team – you will providing administrative support to our mobile designers.

Duties will include

Booking design appointments for the mobile team
Conducting customer calls to follow up, confirm appointments or qualification calls and ensuring we have the accurate information (address, contact etc)
Confirming orders, uploading measurement information to the system and ensuring compliance checks are done as required
Coordinating events, including scheduling, POS materials, insurances and applications
Diary management, coordination and planning
General administration to support the team

The administrator will be based in our Greenwich office, however will need to be able to travel locally to attend events or join the team on appointments.

About you:

Mandatory:

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy checking
Proven administration experience
Great clerical skill set
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Be process-driven, with the ability to create and follow processes

Desirable:

Previous experience of in a similar role
Experience in a customer service environment
