Are you a great communicator?  Do you like to provide solutions to problems? Here at Wren Kitchens, we are looking for Representatives to work in our call center. Representatives are responsible for creating award winning, positive experiences.

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional Customer and Delivery Support
• Arrange and confirm scheduled deliveries 
• Take ownership and resolve inquiries received
• Support members of our showroom team
• Support delivery and installation teams
• Make in-bound and outbound calls 
• Respond to emails
• Communicate with customers to keep them updated
• Achieve individual and department targets and expectations set out by department managers

• The passion to take ownership and stick with an issue until it is resolved
• Ability to effectively organize and prioritize own workload
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Flexible with working hours & overtime, including weekends & evenings
• Ability to sit in one place for long periods of time
• Excellent attendance with proven reliability and can adhere to the agreed work schedule
