What does a typical day involve?

You will be driving a new Peterbilt with a 53” trailer to transport fully assembled kitchen cabinets to our depots in New York, Connecticut, and New Jersey. The role is typically Sunday through Thursday with no overnight stays. You will start approx. 5:00pm and deliver to one of 3 depots. (New York, Connecticut, and New Jersey) We will provide you with the latest state of the art equipment, company uniform, generous PTO, healthcare plan. All our vehicles are equipped with toll tags, GPS and latest accident prevention systems.

Main Responsibilities:

Constantly communicate with the transport office regarding daily activities
Adhere to stated policies and procedures regarding transport and safety at the workplace

Ensure daily vehicle checks are completed and faults reported to your transport office team
Take full responsibility of operating company vehicles and equipment in a safe manner
Ability to lift up to 60lbs

Who are we looking for?

Must have a valid CDL driver’s license

Must pass all DOT required pre-employment criteria
1 year Experience driving 53” trailers
Must be able to lift 60lbs
