We are looking for machine operators to join our team in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. This is a great opportunity for people who currently live in Puerto Rico and who would like to advance in their career. Main responsibilities
 

• Follow detailed technical drawings to produce the highest quality final products.
• Effectively and safely control a variety of woodworking machinery, including CNC drills, glue machines, as well as a variety of hand tools.
• Participate in the training and subsequent monitoring of Trainee Machine Operators.
• Perform rigorous quality checks to ensure high-quality standards are always met, reporting any quality issues to management and the quality assurance team.
• Ability to operate machines – move and remove parts as necessary for cleaning processes.
• Comply with established workplace health and safety policies and procedures.

Who are we looking for?
 

• Organizational skills
• Flexibility, commitment, and punctuality
• Previous experience operating machines in a manufacturing environment
• Good knowledge of product manufacturing.
• Knowledge of occupational risk prevention.

*Please note: You have 30 minutes of lunch during your 8-hour shift. No paid breaks are provided during this period.
