About the Role

The Retail recruiter will take responsibility for all recruitment related activities including:

• Sourcing candidates through various recruitment methods (eg. Online channels, referrals, headhunting)
• Supporting with recruitment for new showroom openings Supporting with recruitment of our USA Retail function
• Create vacancy adverts to be used on local and national job boards, as well as posting relevant social media content to assist with talent engagement and attraction
• Arranging and carrying out phone interviews and online video interviews
• Assist with the creation of recruitment and networking events whilst attending recruitment events in the local area
• Managing the candidate process through our Applicant Tracking System
• Building relationships with hiring managers and the wider recruitment/HR team

This role is based onsite at our Greenwich office, travel to showrooms or events may be required.

About You:

You will have:

• At least 1 years experience within a Recruitment/ Resourcing role – either internally or agency
• Previous experience of using an Applicant Tracking System would be highly beneficial
• Excellent communication & presentation skills – both written and verbal
• Strong IT skills
• Friendly, approachable and self-motivated
• Proven self-starter, with the ability to deliver on targets
