• Working within a our Stock Control team providing proactive stock control support to the Warehouse Management Team
• Supporting the department in any inventory problems that may arise
• Working as a liaison between departments to maintain accurate inventory counts
• Maintaining accurate data entry logs of all product in the warehouse
• Process email ticket queries in a timely manner and provide relevant feedback to team members
• Produce statistical data to include all stock count sheets and information regarding stock query and resolve sheets
• Produce periodic stock count reports as required
• Carry out stock maintenance when counting stock and report any concerns regarding stock immediately to the Stock Control Supervisor
• Ensure all daily departmental duties are completed in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and organisation within the department
• Provide training and support to colleagues as required by your area manager
• Project a positive image of Wren Kitchens and the department at all times
• Undertake any other Warehouse duties as reasonably as requested by the manager or supervisor
• Adhere to stated policies and procedures regarding health and safety in the workplace
• Adhere to procedures regarding the proper use and care of equipment and materials associated with the role
• Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge in order to effectively perform the role

Who are we looking for?

• Warehouse experience would be an advantage but not essential
• Strong organizational, time management and team working skills
• Flexibility, commitment and punctuality
• Excellent numeracy skills
• The adeptness to manage, organise and update relevant data using database applications
• Knowledge of Internal & warehouse systems
• Excellent communication skills in order to deal with a variety of individuals and issues
• Initiative – the ability to make decisions and follow them through to achieve a perceivable objective
• Strong IT knowledge, including use of Microsoft Office

*Please note: You only get a 30 minute lunch during your 8 hour shift. No unpaid breaks are provided during your 8 hour period.
