Industry-leading pay

We recognise and reward everyone’s hard work across our business, not least in our award-winning Transport team. Our drivers can earn an OTE of up to £46,000 depending on their depot and position which includes an hourly rate guaranteed over 48 hours per week. Our incentive scheme is paid quarterly and could see you receive an additional £750 – £1,300 as a thank you for your efforts.

Training and Development

To ensure we continue to deliver our award-winning service across the UK, each one of our depots has its own dedicated Driver Development team committed to developing the whole team’s skills and expertise. Their success can be seen in the ongoing success of our people – many of our Transport management team have progressed into their current roles thanks to the training and development opportunities they’ve had here at Wren.

Apprenticeships

Our apprenticeships are open to people of all ages, so whether you’re just starting out or are looking at a change of career, our Porter to Driver apprenticeship programme could be for you. We’re part of the National Apprenticeships Programme and we understand how vital it is to invest in the people who’ll continue to take our business forward. As part of the scheme we’ll fully fund your HGV driving lessons over a 12 month period to set you on the road to success.
