Our Apprenticeships are open to people of all ages and from all walks of life. And you don’t need any experience or qualifications to be welcomed into the Wren family. Whether you’re just starting out, looking for a career change or returning to work after a break, simply show us that you’ve got the enthusiasm and passion to achieve your potential and we’ll supply everything you need to do just that.

Fully funded by us

Depending on which Apprenticeship you’re undertaking, it’ll take one to three years to gain your qualifications – and we’ll fully fund it from start to finish, so there’s zero cost to you. Plus, of course, you’ll be earning whilst learning with a competitive salary and enjoying the same great benefits everyone here at Wren enjoys.

When you’ve successfully completed your Apprenticeship you will have the opportunity to apply for a full-time position. In fact, you’ll soon discover that our policy of promoting from within makes rapid career progress a very real prospect, as is the chance to diversify and develop your skills even further across our 350+ different job roles.

Anyone aged 16+ and who is eligible to work in the UK can apply. There is no experience or qualifications needed to join us on your journey to achieving an apprenticeship.

Apprentices are assessed in a variety of ways, depending on the apprenticeship programme and level. Assessment methods can include building a portfolio of evidence, completing multiple-choice tests, being observed in the workplace, delivering presentations, or working on a project.

We fully fund all our Apprenticeships so there’s zero cost to you throughout.

Our Apprentices are rewarded with a competitive salary that is above the government’s minimum apprenticeship wage.

Our Apprentices today are the future leaders of our business. We will continue to invest in your talent and potential to keep us at the very forefront of our industry. On completion of your apprenticeship, there will be an opportunity to apply for a full-time role with us.
