We’re proud to have created workplaces focused on your personal wellbeing as well as your professional development. Our head office, The Nest, houses a free-to-use gym with a yoga room, a prayer room and two restaurants that offer delicious home-cooked food catering to many dietary requirements at a subsidised price. Every Wren team member, wherever they’re based, has access to our free, confidential counselling service and we also offer free annual eye tests with a contribution towards the cost of glasses, yearly flu jabs and COVID-19 boosters and free language lessons.

Wren’s a family-run business and we’re rightly proud of our family-feel culture. Because everyone across our business contributes to our success, we make the most of celebrating achievements with our regular ‘Wrensdays’ and there’s always a big fuss around annual events like Halloween and Christmas. There’s also our annual family day held at our head office, The Nest. Team members, their families and friends are all invited to join in the fun and come from across the UK to enjoy the event.
