At Wren, we love to reward all of our team members hard work.

Our uncapped commission scheme means on average, our Information Advisors earn £14 – £18 an hour, our Kitchen Designers earn on average £51,262 per year and a General Showroom Manager can expect on-target earnings of £75,000 per year.

As our commission is uncapped the sky’s the limit and there is nothing to stop you from earning above and beyond!

At an average 15,000 sq. ft. and featuring displays of more than 50 full-size kitchens, our showrooms offer the very best kitchen shopping experience for our customers. Not to mention inspiring opportunities for our people to build rapport, identify needs and sell with complete integrity. With award-winning Design Bays featuring dual-screen 3D planning technology, Virtual Reality suites and even kids’ chill out zones, our showrooms are the perfect setting for people with talent to shine.

Modern, comfortable design bays with dual-screen 3D planning technology, which is implemented across the showroom estate nationwide. Customers can immerse themselves in the design process and see their changes visualised in real-time, rather than waiting for the design to be shown.

Kids Play Area

We have a Kids play area in each of our showrooms, complete with games consoles, free Wifi and refreshments.

UK’s Largest Kitchen Collection

A Wren Kitchens showroom is on average 15,000 sq ft, featuring displays of more than 50 full size kitchens with thousands of door samples and finishes, worktops and handles, sinks, taps and appliances.

Virtual Reality Design Room

Our planning software combined with VR has made it possible to transport our customers into their designs, making it the best shopping experience for kitchens. These virtual reality studios allow customers to put on VR goggles and walk around their new kitchen in 3D virtual reality.

THE FUTURE OF RETAIL…BRINGING THE SHOWROOM TO THE CUSTOMER

When our customers can’t get to our showrooms, no problem! We simply take our showroom to them via our Mobile Design Centres. Our vans are fitted out with the same CAD technology used in our showrooms plus a wide range of product samples, so you’ll be visiting customers at home to bring their kitchen design ideas to life.

Visiting customers at times that suit them is a more flexible way of working, but of course, you’ll be on the same uncapped commission basis as your showroom-based colleagues.
