At Wren, we love to reward all of our team members hard work.

Our uncapped commission scheme means on average, our Information Advisors earn £14 – £18 an hour, our Kitchen Designers earn on average £51,262 per year and a General Showroom Manager can expect on-target earnings of £75,000 per year.

As our commission is uncapped the sky’s the limit and there is nothing to stop you from earning above and beyond!

Our immersive induction and initial training programme will ensure you become an expert in all things Wren Kitchens before you start in your new role. Our two-week course includes training in our state-of-the-art Retail Training Academy and a working week in one of our nationwide showrooms so you can experience what the role is really about.

Modern, comfortable design bays with dual-screen 3D planning technology, which is implemented across the showroom estate nationwide. Customers can immerse themselves in the design process and see their changes visualised in real-time, rather than waiting for the design to be shown.

Kids Play Area

We have a Kids play area in each of our showrooms, complete with games consoles, free Wifi and refreshments.

UK’s Largest Kitchen Collection

A Wren Kitchens showroom is on average 15,000 sq ft, featuring displays of more than 50 full size kitchens with thousands of door samples and finishes, worktops and handles, sinks, taps and appliances.

Virtual Reality Design Room

Our planning software combined with VR has made it possible to transport our customers into their designs, making it the best shopping experience for kitchens. These virtual reality studios allow customers to put on VR goggles and walk around their new kitchen in 3D virtual reality.
