Behind each bespoke frontal and feature unit is our talented team of workers who underpin the success of delivering excellence. From Production Managers, Supervisors, Team Leaders, Area Captains, Machine Operators, MHE Drivers, Administrators and Production Operatives, each skilled craftsperson plays a part in our kitchens meeting our demanding quality controls.

Our Barton factory has achieved the official stamp of approval by the worldwide standard-setting agency – International Standards Organisation (ISO).
We’ve been awarded the following:

Our dedicated team members can pack everything together, ready for dispatch in just 20 minutes.
We also own our own fleet of delivery trucks and optimise our delivery routes to make sure we minimise time on the road. This helps the environment by cutting down on emissions.
Health & Safety
We’ve significantly invested in our manufacturing training facilities – it’s a replica of the factory floor consisting of assembly, marshalling, dispatch and packing areas, and it also features a study centre.
The safety of our team members is paramount, and we’re proud to say we’ve received the seal of approval for our first-class manufacturing training facilities.
As well as this, we also dedicate time to the wellbeing of staff with a comprehensive occupational health scheme with regular health checks. For mental wellbeing, mental health first aiders have been introduced to support those who need it most.
Our landscaped Wren campus with our Barton factory includes a state-of-the-art gym, three subsidised restaurants, an outdoor dining area with a roof garden and a scenic 1.2km lakeside walk.
With views over the iconic Humber Bridge, it is established as a hi-tech campus with the world’s most advanced machinery to develop flawless kitchens.
At the heart of Wren’s growing business is Parrott Street. Our brand-new 1.2 million sq.ft. manufacturing facility is nothing short of being start-of-the-art.
We began life in Howden back in 2009, and it continues to play a pivitol part in producing and delivers kitchens across the UK.
This is one of the first Scunthorpe sites we’ve launched that specialises in the production of our frontals and worktops.
